consult with experience

My approach to consulting projects is ingrained in both my personal experiences and professional expertise. With decades of knowledge and a diverse background, I bring a unique perspective to each client’s specific sector. I have been shaped by a lifetime of overcoming numerous challenges, advocating for various communities, and constantly seeking innovative solutions to complex problems.

My consulting work spans multiple fields of experience, including crime victim advocacy, eldercare, disability rights, and LGBTQ+ issues. Each of these areas holds personal significance for me, and my passion for making a difference drives my practice. For instance, as a crime victim advocate, I have consulted with organizations who need comprehensive support programs that empower victims to regain control of their lives. These programs are designed to provide emotional support, practical tools, and a clear understanding of navigating the legal system. By coordinating with businesses, non-profits, and corporations, clients have the necessary tools to develop effective solutions.

Additionally, in the field of eldercare and senior living, my firsthand experience living in and advocating for independent living facilities provides me, and my clients, an understanding of the unique needs of seniors and the challenges they face. My consulting work in this area focuses on research and development of programs for educating administrative staff and corporate managers about seniors’ basic requirements. The goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors and offering better support systems and resources within independent and assisted living facilities, including essential caregivers and hands-on staff members.

My consulting for disability rights is both a personal and professional mission. Living with cerebral palsy has given me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. I use this perspective to consult with groups providing educational workshops, lobbying for policy changes, and raising awareness about the importance of accessibility and inclusion. My research for advocacy and support groups is aimed at shifting perceptions of disability, highlighting the strengths and contributions of individuals with disabilities, and lobbying for equal opportunities.

My consulting practice is characterized by a blend of evidence-based practices, research, and personal insights. This combination allows me to develop resources for clients that are both effective and focused on key solutions. My consulting services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, and I am dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate, and impactful resolution. I am dedicated to help organizations create positive change and empowering individuals and communities to achieve their goals.
